The Revo® ALX Theta incorporates a newly developed Salt Shield™ bearing concept with a water-repelling shield to greatly increase corrosion resistance, smoothness and long term durability in the saltwater environment. Compared to a normal stainless steel ball bearing exposed to salt water over a period of four days, Salt Shield™ bearings remain unaffected with no rust or salt crystallisation formed. This astonishing water repellency delivers game-changing performance and durability for saltwater anglers.
